Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual Testing & Selenium)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst with strong experience in Manual Testing and Selenium Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test cases, executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and developing automation scripts using Selenium. The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Develop, execute, and maintain Selenium automation scripts.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG/JUnit.
- Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and Data-Driven Frameworks.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Basic understanding of API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Java for Selenium automation.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of automation framework design and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
