CLINIC MANAGER – JOB OPENING Position: Clinic Manager Organization: DSC Health Care Location: Mysore, Karnataka Experience: 2–5+ Years in Healthcare/Clinic Management Job Description We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, patient handling, administration, and operational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the clinic efficiently. Supervise doctors, nurses, receptionists, pharmacists and support staff. Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, duties and performance. Handle patient enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. Coordinate appointments and doctor schedules. Monitor clinic sales, collections, expenses and daily reports. Maintain proper records and documentation. Ensure availability of medicines, consumables and other clinic requirements. Coordinate with the pharmacy, dental, skin, laboratory and other departments. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall clinic standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety and operational procedures. Conduct regular staff meetings and follow up on assigned targets. Support management in achieving patient, revenue and departmental targets. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to management. Candidate Requirements Graduate degree preferred; Healthcare/Hospital Administration qualification is an advantage. 2–5+ years of experience in clinic, hospital or healthcare management preferred. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications. Ability to handle patients and staff professionally. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for clinic operations.
