ABOUT BHUTANI INFRA & POWER SOLUTIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (25%)
- Generate leads through field visits, local networking, referrals, and society/community outreach.
- Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers for rooftop solar installations.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across all stages of the sales funnel.
2. Sales Conversion & Customer Consultation (30%)
- Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions, benefits, and savings potential to prospective customers.
- Present accurate pricing, subsidy eligibility (PM Surya Ghar Yojana), and financing options.
- Negotiate and close sales, converting leads into confirmed orders.
3. Documentation & Handover Support (15%)
- Collect customer KYC documents and coordinate with the Portal Operations team for accurate application filing.
- Ensure all customer information handed over for subsidy processing is complete and correct.
- Support customers in understanding the subsidy approval and installation timeline.
4. Relationship Management & Follow-Up (20%)
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up on pending decisions, referrals, and after-sales queries.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
5. Reporting & Target Achievement (10%)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Head.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in trackers/CRM.
- Share daily/weekly sales activity reports with the reporting manager.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
- Graduate in any discipline; background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven, proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and customer meetings.
- Basic comfort with MS Excel/Word and mobile-based reporting tools.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or real estate sales.
- Existing network of local contacts, builders, or societies in and around Ujjain.
- Familiarity with government subsidy schemes such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
