JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM / Customer Care Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B customer care operations and act as the primary point of contact for OEMs, corporate clients, distributors, and business customers.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries, order status updates, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Prepare, review, and maintain export-related documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Documents, and other export records.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA, and logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
- Track dispatches, shipment schedules, delivery status, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain customer databases, MIS reports, order records, and communication logs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office and Google Drive tools.
- Ensure effective communication with domestic and international customers through email and calls.
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B Customer Care / CRM Operations.
- Knowledge of Export Documentation and Logistics Coordination.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing / Industrial Environment.
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
