Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to build and scale our Doctor Referral Network. This role will be responsible for establishing partnerships with gynecologists, obstetricians, pediatricians, and hospitals to generate consistent patient referrals into our programs.
This is a high ownership, high impact role where you will directly influence revenue growth and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify and onboard gynecologists, obstetricians, pediatricians, and fertility specialists
- Build long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Lead inside sales initiatives
2. Referral Channel Development
- Design and execute a structured doctor referral program
- Drive consistent patient inflow through doctor partnerships
- Create win-win value propositions for doctors (patient outcomes, trust, brand association)
3. Revenue & Target Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets from the referral channel
- Track conversions from referrals to paid programs
- Optimize funnel performance (lead → consult → conversion)
4. Marketing & Activation
- Work with the marketing team to create:
- Doctor referral kits
- Clinic branding materials
- Educational content for patients
- Plan and execute clinic activations, workshops, and awareness sessions
5. Team Building (Optional – based on experience)
- Hire, train, and manage a team of referral executives
- Set KPIs, sales scripts, and reporting structures
6. Data & Reporting
- Maintain CRM of doctors, clinics, and referrals
- Track performance metrics:
- Active doctors
- Referrals per doctor
- Conversion rates
- Provide weekly insights and growth strategies
Key Requirements
- 3–6+ years experience in:
- Healthcare sales / hospital partnerships / referral marketing
- Pharma sales / wellness / fitness / healthcare startups
- Strong network with doctors in Bangalore is a big plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting doctors regularly
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
