Roles & Responsibilities
1. Extensive calendar management for executives and key management personnel, handling all
appointments and schedules by planning meetings, conferences and all external interactions.
2. Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails -
screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
3. Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities including hotel booking,
transportation etc. for the team.
4. Manage all relevant expense settlements with the vendor on behalf of executives as per the
company’s policies.
5. Managing communication between executives and their team members, liaising with internal
and external executives on various projects and tasks.
6. Organize team communications and planning events, both internally and externally.
7. Providing general administrative support.
8. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9. Effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices.
10. Focus on process and ability to analyze and develop new work processes to improve efficiency
as per team’s need.
