Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain boilers and associated equipment.
- Monitor and adjust controls to ensure efficient and safe boiler operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of boiler operation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations involving boiler systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a boiler operator (where required).
- Previous experience in boiler operation or related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
