Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Revenue & Account Management
- Action Plan: Track store-level sell-through rates to ensure all Store meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Relationship Focus: Treat pharmacies, beauty stores, and boutiques as strategic partners. Support their sell-in by providing specialized product training and brand education for their retail associates.
2. Commercial Negotiation & Market Expansion
- Optimizing Retail Space: Negotiate favorable shelf space (eye-level placement), end-cap features, and promotional slots to ensure maximum consumer visibility.
- Scaling Presence: Utilize regional market data to identify high-potential demographics, securing new distribution points in leading department stores or boutiques.
3. Campaign Collaboration & Product Placement
- Launch Synchronization: Align with marketing and product development teams to ensure new fragrance have corresponding B2B marketing materials, sampling programs, and point-of-sale displays.
- In-Store Activations: Design high-ROI in-store events and visual merchandising concepts that elevate the brand's luxury appeal.
4. Reporting & Forecasting
- Data-Driven Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, pipeline analyses, and current market trends to forecast accurate seasonal and annual inventory needs.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare regular commercial reports for senior leadership, highlighting SKU profitability, market share, and regional ROI.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
