Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, and staff positions
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and complete hiring
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws such as:
o PF (Provident Fund)
o ESIC
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Maintain healthy industrial relations on the shop floor
- Organise engagement activities and welfare programs
- Support KPI setting and performance appraisal process
- Monitor employee productivity and attendance trends
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR MIS
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, attendance, manpower status)
