We are looking for a proactive Recruitment & ER Executive who can manage employee relations, handle grievances, support HR activities, and ensure smooth HR operations within a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with employees through regular interaction.

Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions.

Maintain calendars and plan fun, weekly, monthly activities, R&R, birthdays, and anniversaries.

Manage warning letters, PIP, and exit processes.

Support attrition management and employee engagement initiatives.
