Job Summary
Responsible for driving company vehicle for site and factory-related travel, purchasing materials and tools required for factory and site works, coordinating deliveries, and supporting daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase factory and site materials as instructed
- Visit suppliers and collect quotations/materials
- Deliver and transport materials between factory and project sites
- Handle site travel for procurement and delivery activities
- Maintain purchase bills, delivery notes, and payment records
- Coordinate with factory, store, and project team for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid work delays
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices
- Support loading and unloading of materials when required
- Verify material quantity and quality during purchase and delivery
Requirements
- Valid driving license
- Experience in driving and local material purchasing
- Basic knowledge of interior materials, hardware, plywood, laminates, tools, fittings, etc.
- Ability to travel to sites and supplier locations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic bill handling and documentation knowledge
Working Time
- Standard Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Timing may vary depending on site requirements and material delivery schedules
- Overtime Wage
Reporting To
- Factory Manager / Purchase Manager / Project Coordinator
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
