This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Chandigarh. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
The role involves leading sales initiatives end-to-end. Starting with lead generation, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the individual will provide market insights and contribute to strategic planning processes.
The candidate must have an established network and prior experience and expertise in enterprise software/technology sales.
We are NOT looking for candidates whose primary expertise lies in freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. or candidates whose prior experience includes only SaaS sales.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management in IT Services
- Strong skills in Lead generation especially using LinkedIn, Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Opportunity Identification
- Strong and established network
- Excellent Negotiation, Proposal Writing, and Contract Management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the technology industry and knowledge of digital transformation solutions are a must
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
