Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with office administration and operational activities.
- Organize business and personal commitments as required.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare action reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
