Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to successfully onboarding candidates. The candidate should possess excellent sourcing capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
Candidate Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Develop talent pools for niche, leadership, and critical positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, updated, and compliant with recruitment standards.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's talent attraction strategy.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events when required.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collect interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Cost-per-Hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Experience in hiring for multiple functions and levels.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
