Job Title: Headmistress – Primary & Junior Section
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing academic and administrative functions for the primary and junior section, ensuring a strong foundation in learning and overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum planning and classroom teaching
- Ensure activity-based and child-centric learning
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate teachers
- Monitor student progress, assessments, and reports
- Maintain discipline and a safe school environment
- Coordinate with parents and conduct PTMs
- Ensure timely planners, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed (M.Ed preferred)
- Relevant experience in primary education and leadership role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
