Job Description
Primary Requirements:

Calls the clients and gather & generate requirements from leads
-
Sell the services of the company
-
Transfer the positive calls to the senior, if the client is interested
-
Understand the requirement of the client and provide the services
-
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
-
Report weekly sales goals and objectives to TL
-
Making prospects by calls and increasing the business
-
Up-sell additional products as the need arise.

Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
Eligibility Criteria:

Exceptional Client Handing Power
-
Fluency in Business Communication with abroad clients.

Applicants must have to relocate Kolkata within 5 days (If applicants are outside of the company location)

Applicants must have capabilities to work for US shift(Night)

Fresher/Experienced Male, Female Both are eligible for application.
Preferred Professional Background:

CCE(Customer Care Executive), CSA(Customer Service Associate) Energy Support, Lead Generation Executive, IT Sales Executive.
Qualifications: Graduates/Undergraduates
Location: Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata
Package: 11000 - 14000/- PM
Work Time: 8 PM to 5 AM (US Shift)
Word Mode: Work from Office - No remote work will be applicable
