Summary:
Responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Lead Management System (LMS) entries for genset maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate AMC and service leads
- Handle incoming calls for maintenance requests and complaints
- Explain AMC packages and register/update leads in LMS
- Schedule service visits in coordination with service team
- Maintain call records, customer data, and LMS updates
- Follow up for AMC renewals and pending leads
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telecalling/customer service experience
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LMS/CRM tools
- Experience in service/technical industry preferred
