Key Responsibilities
- Technical Roadmap & Strategy: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with long-term business goals.
- Requirement Translation: Uncover customer needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and actionable development plans.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and architects to evaluate technical trade-offs, manage technical debt, and ensure system scalability and security.
- Prioritization & Backlog: Ruthlessly prioritize features and technical initiatives based on business impact, risk, and resource constraints.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track North Star metrics, using data-driven insights to iterate on product performance and user engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Background (Mandatory): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Exactly 2+ years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within a technical or software-driven environment (e.g., SaaS, APIs, AI/ML).
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel, or analytics platforms like Mixpanel) and an ability to interpret complex data sets.
Must Have
- Knowledge of SQL or basic coding skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum teams.
Job Details
- Location: Gurugram
- Working Days: 6 days a week (3rd and 4th Saturday off)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
