We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be a part of our centralized patient engagement team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our patients receive timely communication, personalized care, and continuous support throughout their dental journey.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who can build genuine relationships with patients, understand their needs, and ensure they complete their recommended dental visits through effective follow-ups and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on patient data provided by the clinics and review dental history to understand each patient’s treatment journey.
- Connect with patients through regular follow-up calls and build a strong relationship based on trust and care.
- Communicate treatment requirements, pending appointments, and preventive care needs in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Schedule appointments and ensure patients successfully visit the clinic for their required treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient movement from follow-up to appointment completion.
- Track follow-up outcomes and contribute towards improving patient retention and treatment completion rates.
- Handle a high volume of patient conversations while maintaining quality and a patient-first approach.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm and empathetic approach.
- Ability to build rapport and create trust with patients over phone conversations.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and families in a healthcare environment.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand patient concerns.
- Comfortable working on computers and patient management systems for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
