- Operate roll forming machines to produce solar panel frames, channels, and mounting structures.
- Set up machine parameters such as speed, alignment, and material feed.
- Load raw materials (coils/sheets) into the machine safely.
- Monitor production process to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine inspections and measurements using gauges and tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team if required.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality check sheets.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or wastage.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Qualification&Expereience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in roll forming or similar manufacturing process.
