We are seeking a customer-centric Telecaller to manage incoming calls, inquiries, and digital leads. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional first impressions, answering treatment queries, and scheduling clinic appointments
What You Will Do
- Answer Calls: Respond politely to incoming phone queries about skin and hair treatments.
- Book Appointments: Schedule and confirm consultation dates using our clinic software.
- Give Basic Info: Share details about clinic services, pricing, timings, and location.
- Update Records: Type patient details and booking dates accurately into our computer system.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (experience in a clinic or salon is a plus).
- Languages: Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Skills: Clear voice, polite phone manners, and basic computer skills.
