Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in field sales to drive business growth in the doors and windows segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting clients, and closing sales in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction segments
- Visit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and dealers to generate leads
- Promote company products (doors, windows, and related solutions)
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends
- Report daily field activity and sales updates to the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in field sales / business development (preferably in building materials, hardware, interiors, or construction industry)
- Education: Any Graduate (preferred)
- Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
