Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for the agency’s services. Responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and preparing proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools. The Business Development Executive will work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and manage ongoing relationships effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a digital marketing or advertising environment is preferred.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze basic sales metrics, and use CRM or sales tools to track activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
