Role Overview
Hemani Enterprises Private Limited is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing marketplace business across both domestic and international channels.
This is an operations-heavy role that focuses on ensuring the smooth running of multiple online marketplaces through accurate catalogue management, order processing, marketplace administration, inventory coordination, reporting, and operational support.
The successful candidate will work across platforms including Amazon (US & UK), Flipkart, Meesho, and other Indian and international marketplaces, playing an important role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of the business.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly computer proficient, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon US, Amazon UK, Flipkart, Meesho, and other domestic and international platforms.
- Processing, monitoring, and managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order dispatch, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Uploading, updating, and maintaining product listings, catalogue information, pricing, images, and product content across marketplaces.
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock reconciliation to minimise stock discrepancies and overselling.
- Assisting with marketplace account health, operational compliance, and adherence to platform policies.
- Managing order exceptions, cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and customer-related operational issues.
- Preparing and maintaining reports relating to sales, inventory, orders, marketplace performance, and operational metrics.
- Performing data entry, spreadsheet management, and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Supporting promotional campaigns, pricing updates, marketplace events, and catalogue optimisation initiatives.
- Identifying operational issues and proactively suggesting improvements to workflows and internal processes.
- Working across multiple software platforms, spreadsheets, and internal systems to support daily business operations.
- Providing general operational and administrative support across the e-commerce function as required.
- Undertaking additional marketplace, operations, and business support tasks in line with business requirements.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (US and/or UK preferred).
- Exposure to Indian marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, order management, catalogue management, or a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple online systems simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of accuracy with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work full-time from our Gurugram office.
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday

What You'll Be Working On
This role offers exposure to both cross-border and domestic e-commerce operations, providing the opportunity to work across multiple international and Indian marketplaces while developing a strong understanding of marketplace operations, fulfilment, catalogue management, reporting, and commercial workflows.
The role is operationally intensive and suited to individuals who enjoy structured work, problem-solving, and contributing directly to the smooth running and growth of an e-commerce business.
