Job Description: Agriculture Trainer
Organization: Ambuja Foundation Location: Kota Reporting to: SEDI In-Charge Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
Ø Provide training to students on modern agricultural practices, crop production, soil management, irrigation techniques, and sustainable farming methods. Ø Deliver theoretical and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum. Ø Demonstrate the use of agricultural tools, equipment, and technologies. Ø Organize field visits, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities. Ø Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and skill development. Ø Maintain training records, reports, and assessment documentation. Ø Facilitate linkages with agricultural institutions, government departments, and industry stakeholders. Ø Support placement, self-employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities for trainees. Ø Ensure compliance with training quality standards and organizational guidelines. Ø Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification – B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in agriculture training, extension services, or the agriculture sector.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
