The BDE supports the business development function through lead generation, outreach, coordination, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, organized, and eager to learn the AEC/BIM domain.
Travel to client locations, colleges, training partners, and events as required.
Actively participate in all company-driven activities, events, exhibitions, college Drives, student drives, and marketing activities.
Research and identify potential clients across AEC, BIM, Architecture, and Education sectors.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and field visits.
Maintain and update lead databases, trackers, CRM, and follow-up sheets.
Conduct introductory calls and support client meetings.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, capability decks.
Coordinate with internal BIM/Design/Training teams for requirements.
Maintain daily and weekly BD reports & activity logs.
