Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and vendor issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor all shipments proactively and identify any shipments that are delayed, held, or stuck at branches. Escalate issues immediately to ensure timely movement.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers by providing regular shipment updates and ensuring high service standards.
- Escalate complex operational issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Prepare and present periodic operational and performance reports.
- Generate and share daily MIS reports with customers, monitor every shipment (docket), and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and logistics partners to resolve pickup, transit, and delivery issues at both loading and unloading points.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of every shipment by closely monitoring operations and taking corrective actions whenever required.
- Share outstanding payment statements with customers, follow up for timely payment collection, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, vendors, and logistics partners through effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure adherence to service-level commitments (SLAs) and continuously work towards improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
