Job Role: International Customer Support – Voice Process
Salary: Up to ₹36,000 In-Hand (Salary will depend on the candidate's last drawn salary and interview performance.)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
