- Prepare and cook meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks) as per the daily menu plan.
- Ensure food is cooked and served on time for students and staff.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Store ingredients properly and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Assist in planning balanced and healthy menus with the school administration.
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support during school events and special functions requiring catering.
