Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills & English Trainer to enhance the communication, personality development, and employability skills of students. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that prepare students for interviews and corporate careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.
- Conduct soft skills training covering communication, personality development, confidence building, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
- Train students on interview skills, resume building, group discussions, and public speaking.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment modules.
- Evaluate students' performance through assignments, mock interviews, and regular assessments.
- Provide individual feedback and mentoring to improve communication and employability.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive learning activities.
- Track student progress and submit training reports to the management.
- Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training or English Language Training is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in English or Soft Skills training (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of business communication and corporate etiquette.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated.
- Experience in training students for placements and interviews.
- Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions effectively.
