We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Representative / Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team at Vigyapan Waale, a digital marketing and video production agency.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline).
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable making calls and attending meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Social Media is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
