We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong exposure to Statutory Audits and practical working knowledge of Ind AS. The candidate will be responsible for audit execution, financial reporting, and supporting compliance requirements for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Statutory Audits (SAT) independently for corporate clients
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements as per Ind AS
- Perform audit planning, risk assessment, and documentation
- Verify accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents
- Identify audit issues and discuss findings with seniors/clients
- Assist in drafting audit reports and financial disclosures
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and applicable regulations
- Coordinate with clients for audit requirements and information
- Support internal reviews and quality control procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and Statutory Audit procedures
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013
- Hands-on experience with audit documentation and working papers
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to listed entities / group audits
- Experience with CARO, IFC, and consolidation
- Knowledge of audit tools and ERP systems
