WANTED: PATTERN MASTER (Western Wear)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pattern Master to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate patterns for western wear.
- Develop first patterns based on design sketches and measurements.
- Ensure excellent garment fit and construction.
- Coordinate with designers and sample tailors during development.
- Make pattern corrections and grading as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Master in western wear.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting.
- Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with manual making.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
