Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly hiring. Focus on reducing time-to-hire and maintaining a high offer-acceptance rate to ensure our business objectives are met without delay.
- Advanced LinkedIn Sourcing & Headhunting: Actively leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques to map out talent, engage passive candidates, and build robust talent pipelines. Utilize other major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia) as secondary sourcing channels.
- End-to-End Pipeline Management: Manage the complete hiring process—from initial sourcing and shortlisting to final negotiation and onboarding—ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Telephonic & Technical Screening: Conduct in-depth initial phone screenings to assess candidate communication skills, technical relevance for our IT training requirements, and cultural fit for long-term stability within the company.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
