Job Title: In-Store Sales

Salary: ₹12,000 - 15,000 per month + commission
About us:
Heyday Balloons is Thrissur's go-to party store for custom-printed balloons, party supplies, and event decorations. Most of our orders come in online through WhatsApp and Instagram — and we're looking for someone sharp and quick to be the first point of contact for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Respond promptly and warmly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels, speed and clarity matter to us
- Sell party and decoration items, guiding customers to the right products (this is your core focus)
- Take and coordinate custom balloon-printing orders
- Handle on-site decoration jobs for smaller events when enquiries come in (training provided — it's easy to pick up, this is OPTIONAL)
Earnings:
- Fixed monthly salary
- Commission on decoration-item sales
- Commission on balloon-printing orders
- Commission on event decoration work
- (Commission rates vary by category and are shared during the interview.)
What we're looking for:
- Fast, friendly communicator — you reply quickly and don't leave customers waiting
- A natural seller who enjoys helping people find what they need
- Comfortable learning event decoration work and going on-site when needed (Optional)
- Fluent in Malayalam (and conversational English for Instagram enquiries)
