Role Overview
Are you someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive workplace culture? As an HR Intern at Unbundl, you will gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions while playing a key role in driving employee engagement and internal culture initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and enjoys interacting with people while managing core HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Help manage attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Bring creative ideas for fun activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
- Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and internal announcements
- Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless HR operations and communication flow
- Maintain HR data, trackers, and reports
- Actively contribute ideas to improve employee experience and HR processes
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in HR domain will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement and culture-building
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability to join for a minimum duration of 3–6 months
