Collaborative participation in technical design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions across implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, and production support engagements.
Serve as the technical owner for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that comply with established development, security, and governance standards.
Design, develop, review, and deploy technical components including integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP services, and custom extensions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), design workshops, status reviews, phase exit presentations, and sign-off activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review technical deliverables and perform quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding standards, and project requirements prior to deployment.
Manage deployment activities across Oracle Cloud environments and support release management processes.
Analyze functional specifications, identify solution gaps, and design appropriate technical solutions to address business requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise within the HCM data domain, ensuring accurate data design, data migration, data governance, and integration strategies.
Lead and support technical teams in resolving complex development, integration, and production support issues.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and project team members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Partner closely with functional teams to validate solution designs and ensure alignment between business processes and technical deliverables.
Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment validation.
Develop and maintain technical design documents, deployment plans, support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Ensure compliance with risk management, change control, implementation governance, and hypercare support processes.
Work effectively within Agile delivery frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release activities.
Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party providers such as payroll, benefits, and workforce management systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Fidelity, Mercer, and similar platforms).
Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve end-to-end processing efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with Offshore, Nearshore, and Onshore teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US-based clients.
Provide production support, troubleshoot critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term corrective actions.
Contribute to technical governance, solution architecture reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices.
