Job Title: Manager – Immigration
Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (On-site, No Work from Home)
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (LLB/LLM preferred)
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in handling outbound immigration processes, including Work Visas and Business Visas for global destinations. Strong understanding of end-to-end documentation, compliance, and client coordination. Experience in the immigration industry is highly preferred.
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager - Key Accounts
Job Summary: The Manager – Immigration will be primarily responsible for pre-sales support, providing expert immigration knowledge to the sales teams, and will also be responsible for key account management. This position will oversee and manage end-to-end immigration processes, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of multiple countries. This role involves collaborating with international immigration lawyers, streamlining country-specific procedures, and managing document authentication, work permits, post-landing compliances, and fee structures in alignment with the requirements of the sales teams and the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage the complete lifecycle of work visa applications, extensions, amendments, and transfers for employees across various countries.
o Provide pre-sales support by offering immigration expertise to sales teams, including country-specific visa processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
o Liaise with employees, overseas immigration partners, legal counsel, and government authorities to facilitate timely and compliant visa processing.
o Conduct research on immigration laws and visa procedures across key markets and stay updated with regulatory changes.
o Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal checklists, and workflow documents in collaboration with international partners.
o Identify, onboard, and manage global immigration partners while negotiating competitive pricing and service-level agreements.
o Ensure strict compliance with immigration laws, labour regulations, and internal company policies across all operations.
o Maintain comprehensive records of communications, partner agreements, and immigration processes.
o Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to details.
o Oversee document authentication processes including notarization, attestation, and apostille for visa-related documentation.
o Take ownership of account management for clients signed up by the Sales team, assisting their document authentication needs.
Key Skills and Other Traits:
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
o Strong Knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories and regulatory requirements.
o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
o Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Willingness to occasionally travel within Pune.
o Problem solving and decision-making ability under tight deadlines.
o Must possess a Two/Four-Wheeler and be based in Pune.
Compensation Range:
o INR 7,20,000 LPA to 8,40,000 LPA + attractive incentives
