Job Description:
Wellcaza Medicity is inviting applications from passionate and committed Medical Social Workers (MSW) to join our healthcare team. Candidates with specialization or exposure in Psychiatric Social Work or Geriatric Social Work will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial support to patients and families
- Conduct patient counselling and assessments
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist in discharge planning and patient welfare initiatives
- Support mental health and geriatric care services
- Maintain documentation and case records
- Participate in patient advocacy and community outreach programmes
Eligibility:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory/MA Social Wo
- Preference for candidates with Psychiatric Social Work / Geriatric Social Work background
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
