Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and process bills accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Generate invoices and provide receipts to guests.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
- Reconcile cash drawer and submit cash collections at the end of the shift.
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams regarding billing-related queries.
- Assist guests with payment-related concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure POS system entries are accurate and up to date.
- Follow company cash-handling procedures and financial controls.
- Support the front-of-house team during peak operational hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Familiarity with POS billing systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holiday
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
