Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems and charging equipment while ensuring compliance with global safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of EV charging systems and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in EV systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of EV chargers and related components.
- Perform testing and calibration of electrical systems as per company procedures.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and high-voltage handling procedures.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Provide on-site technical support and customer assistance.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve field issues.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations during all service activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical or EV-related service activities (preferred).
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in EV charging systems, battery systems, or power electronics is an added advantage.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Basic understanding of EV charging standards and electrical safety practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of EV chargers (AC/DC), battery management systems (BMS), and power distribution systems.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and high-voltage systems.
- Experience in field service operations and customer support.
- Computer proficiency for preparing service reports and documentation.

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E. Electrical Engineering.
Language Requirement:
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
