Key Responsibilities1. Work Related Responsibilities
- Prepare the site including stock yard, labour shed, and site office setup.
- Execute and carry forward work as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Study construction drawings and set out / mark structures as per approved drawings.
- Plan and allocate labour based on site requirements and work schedules.
- Ensure execution of works as per drawings, specifications, and approved timelines.
- Maintain and report daily attendance of subcontractors and labour (Manual & CMS).
- Provide clear instructions to labour and subcontractors to minimize rework.
- Implement and ensure safety and precautionary procedures at site.
- Prepare stage-wise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Request pre-approvals for NMR, machinery, specialized works such as breaker, JCB, pressure grouting, rebaring, waterproofing, pest control, etc.
- Monitor and control wastage of manpower and materials.
- Maintain site housekeeping, safe stacking, and organized storage of materials.
2. Material Related Responsibilities
- Post Material Requisition Notes (MRN) through CMS.
- Maintain stock registers for material inward and outward (Manual & CMS).
- Acknowledge receipt of materials by verifying and signing bills, invoices, DC, trip sheets, etc.
- Confirm outward movement of materials with quantity verification and trip sheet signing.
- Ensure adequate availability of materials and equipment at site.
- Ensure safe storage and proper maintenance of tools and machinery.
3. Billing Related Responsibilities
- Record daily measurements of executed work in the Measurement Book (M-Book).
- Prepare and submit weekly bills for subcontractors and agencies along with vouchers.
- Prepare and submit additional work details to DGM – Projects for approval.
4. Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and work done statements to the Project Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
