Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects for automotive components.
Design and develop 2D & 3D models using NX (Siemens NX) software.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers, production, quality, purchase, and tool room teams.
Develop prototypes and validate products as per customer requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and product cost analysis.
Manage product modifications and engineering change requests (ECR/ECN).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and new technology implementation.
Mentor and train team members on product development processes.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
