Core Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Consult with clients to determine food preferences, caloric goals, and dietary restrictions (e.g., keto, vegan, sattvic, allergy-free).
- Sourcing & Purchasing: Inspect, shop, and manage budgets for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Meal Preparation: Cook, plate, and serve multi-course meals or prepare bulk weekly meal preps to be reheated later.
- Packaging & Storage: Properly label, package, and store foods in the refrigerator or freezer with clear reheating instructions.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Wash dishes, sanitize all workstations, and maintain pantry/fridge inventory
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
