Backend Team Leader – Admissions Operations
We are looking for a Backend Team Leader to manage and supervise a team of 15–20 Backend Executives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth admission operations, monitoring team performance, maintaining documentation accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing of student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Backend Executives.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.
- Ensure timely processing of student applications, documentation, and admissions.
- Coordinate with Admission Counsellors, Universities, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and prepare MIS reports.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and university guidelines.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Backend or Admissions Operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience (15–20 members preferred).
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
