Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate bills using POS system
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment modes
- Ensure proper billing of all food and beverage orders
- Maintain daily sales records and billing reports
- Reconcile cash at the end of the shift
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order accuracy
- Handle customer queries related to billing politely
- Ensure compliance with GST and billing regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of billing counter
- Report discrepancies or issues to the Outlet Manager
Required Skills:
- Basic accounting and billing knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing softwar)
