Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying office space requirements, closing leasing deals, and promoting our fit-out services. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial office spaces.
- Arrange and conduct office site visits with prospective clients.
- Promote office fit-out and interior solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, landlords, and property owners.
- Negotiate lease terms and coordinate with clients until deal closure.
- Maintain an updated database of available office spaces and client requirements.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM.
- Stay informed about commercial real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the operations and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial real estate (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.

- Experience in commercial real estate leasing or office space consultancy.
