Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive client acquisition, tendering activities and revenue growth across EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors. The role involves managing end-to-end tendering, developing key client relationships and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire key client accounts
- Manage RFQs, tenders, commercial proposals and client negotiations
- Build relationships with Procurement, HR, Project and Commercial teams
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for execution
- Lead and support the tendering team for timely submissions and closures
- Track market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activities
- Achieve revenue growth and client retention targets
Required Skills
- Strong Business Development & B2B Sales experience
- Knowledge of Tendering & Commercial Processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
