Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant/service team and ensure high service standards.
- Train, schedule, and support staff during operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in inventory control and daily reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
