- Shift Operations Management
- Independently handle maintenance activities during assigned shifts and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manpower Supervision
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and coordinate maintenance personnel effectively.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Maintenance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Production Support
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs.
- ISO Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and documentation in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures.
- Safety & Quality Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
